Even though we care for your clothes with utmost care, there still may be problems when your garments are returned to you. From broken buttons to stains that were not removed, we will be happy to reclean your garments if you are not satisfied with the cleaning. If the damage is irrepairable, we will try to determine the cause of the problem, whether it is the failure of a component part to be dry cleanable or from the circumstances of use.

Many customers have difficulty realizing that large garment manufacturers sometimes make mistakes. They often feel that the fault lies with the dry cleaner because they are a smaller business and because they were the last one to handle the garment. If the problem lies with the manufacturer, we suggest that you return the garment to the place of purchase and allow them to remedy the situation.

Occasionally, we do make mistakes and cause damage to garments which is not the result of preexisting conditions or defects. In such cases, we settle the claim promptly and fairly according to the guidelines published by the International Fabricare Institute (IFI). No matter who is at fault or what the problem, we want to do everything in our power to ensure that you, our customer, are happy.
